Sony’s
upcoming smartphone: the ‘MT27i Pepper’ has been leaked on a Japanese
website called ameblo. The Sony Pepper looks quite similar to Sony’s
Xperia P and U as seen in the leaked picture on the website.

The leak picture give some details about the new device’s specifications and looks which says, the Pepper
will be a mid-ranged smartphone and could be powered by 1GHz dual-core
processor with a NovaThor U8500 chipset and runs on Android 2.3
Gingerbread operating system. It also comes with 3.7 inch touchscreen
display, 5 MP rear camera capable of recording 720p HD video recording
capability and supports NFC (Near Field Communication).
Pepper might be the codename of the phone or the company may fix the
same name while launching. As of now we don’t have any details about
this device’s price which is expected to be released in coming few
weeks.
