Tech-giants who understands the Indian market has come up with some low-cost Android tablets to cater this huge market. Have a look at these budget friendly Android tablets which will never burn your pockets.

1. Samsung Galaxy Tab P1010

It also has 3.15 MP camera featuring autofocus, LED flash, geo-tagging and a 1.3 MP front facing camera for video calling. Other feature includes 16 GB of internal storage- expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card and for connectivity it has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.


The tablet doesn’t support GSM it means it doesn’t have voice calls, SMS, MMS and doesn’t even support 2G or 3G, but it is a Samsung product therefore you can rely on its quality. This tablet is available for Rs.14500.

The iBall Slide is a stylish and trendy tablet. It is powered by 1 GHz ARM Cortex A8 processor, 512 MB of RAM and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. The tablet features 7 inch capacitive touchscreen, 2 MP camera, 8GB of internal memory-expandable up to 32GB through microSD card. For connectivity it has Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, USB ports, HDMI ports and optional 3G via dongle.

The tablet doesn’t have Wi-Fi hotspot, voice calling and has a poor camera. This tablet has a price tag of Rs.13995.

The tablet comes with 2MP rear camera and a frontal camera for video calling and a micro SD external storage that can support up to 32GB storage capacity. For connectivity tablet has Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth.

With all such nice specifications the tablet is only works with Reliance network. This tablet is available for Rs.12999.

The MSI WindPad 7 has a nice look with glossy front and brushed metal finish on the back. It is powered by 1.2 GHz single core ARM Cortex A8 processor, 512 MB of RAM and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. The tablet has a 7 inch touchscreen display with 800x480 pixels of screen resolution, 4 GB internal memory and expandable memory up to 32 GB via microSD card. Other feature includes 2 MP camera, longer battery life and for connectivity it has GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB and HDMI ports.

The WindPad doesn’t have 3G, no so good quality camera and no voice calling support. This tablet has a price tag of Rs.12999.

The Mi-Tab has a slower processor, no so good display quality and bit heaver than other tablets. This tablet is available for Rs.12999.

The tablet is powered by 700 MHz ARM Cortex A8 processor and 256 MB of RAM. Other features include 2 GB of internal memory, 32 GB expandable memory, for connectivity it has USB ports, Wi-Fi, GPRS and also has SIM functionality.

Though it is highly buzz the tablet market with its low price, it has a weak performance and poor battery life. This tablet has a price tag of Rs.2250.

The tablet has average built quality and performance. This tablet will cost you Rs.13990.

The Mercury mTab features a 7 inch touchscreen display, runs on Android 2.3 operating system and is powered by 1.2 GHz processor, 512 MB of RAM-32 GB of expandable memory. It comes with G-sensor screen rotation for 3D G-games. The tablet has a 1.3 MP camera, Wi-Fi and an external 3G dongle optional.

The negative side of the tablet is, it has low quality buttons. This tablet has an price tag of Rs.9499. Mercury also has other two affordable tablets Mercury mTab 2 for Rs.11999 and Mercury mTab Neo (Rs.15999) which supports GSM-SIM for voice call and messaging.

9. HCL Me

HCL Me

This tablet runs on Android 2.3 operating system, it is powered by 1 GHz processor, 512 MB storage capacity with internal memory of 4 GB, expandable up to 32 GB, a 2 megapixel front camera and supports full HD video and Flash. For connectivity it has micro USB port, mini HDMI, Wi-Fi, 3G and Bluetooth.

The on-screen QWERTY keypad doesn’t function properly. This tablet is available for Rs.10490.

   
10. Beetel Magiq

The Beetel Magiq runs on Android 2.2 operating system. The device has a SIM based calling feature and is equipped with a 7.0 inch screen, 2 MP front and rear camera, and a 8 GB internal memory that can be expanded up to 16 GB. The device has long battery life and is powered by 1 GHz processor and also supports WiFi and 3G.

The tablet has a poor battery backup and resistive touch. It has a price tag of Rs.9999.
