1. High-Res Displays MacBooks

Apple is planning to concentrate a bit more on the notebook market in the coming year by launching its MacBook Pro with 2,880x1,800 ultra-high-resolution display in the second quarter of 2012. This high resolution display will give the users greater pixel density and resolution and it will be improvised than its present Thunderbolt display. To compete with this new move of Apple, there are rumors that Intel’s Ultrabook will get 1080p HD display in 2012.
2. Android 5 – Jelly Bean

The next desert from Google for the New Year will be ‘Jelly Bean’, the next version of Android. Android 5 is expected to have some game changing features like full chrome browser, file manager, Android 5 lite for fast technology, user interface on/off toggles and better keyboard, power efficiency and theme options. 4. Sony’s PlayStation 4

PS4 will be eco-friendly, made up of 60% of recyclable materials along with an Eco start feature letting the user to resume and save games without switching of the device and a rechargeable cell which self- charge automatically. PS4 will come with a 1.5 TB hard disk drive, USB 3.0 ports, an HDMI connect port. In an interview with Eurogamer, PlayStation Europe president Jim Ryan said “the PlayStation 4 would launch shortly following the release of a Microsoft’s new Xbox 720”.
5. Touchscreen controller in Nintendo’s Wii U

During the second half of 2012 we can see Wii U with touchscreen controller that can collect images and mini games from the console. It can display anything, the image on your TV screen or something exactly different as it has motion sensors. If Nintendo is developing some good Apps along with touch control it will be more appealing to the gamers.

According Engadget Padfone is expected to lunch at Mobile World Congress 2012, in February.

According to DigiTimes, Intel’s super fast port will be available in window PC in April 2012. This Thunberbolt Ports will enable the user to transfer data to and fro from system and USB with a much faster rate. The transfer rate of this port will be around 10GB per second. Sony, Acer and Asus will be this one’s making this technology implemented in their PCs.
8. PlayStation Vita by Sony

Sony officially announced its next generation handheld gaming system ‘PlayStation Vita’, which will be released on February 22, 2012. This device will have a 5-inch touch screen along with two analog control sticks and also has 3G connectivity. Sony PS Vita 3G+Wi-Fi Price will be Approx Rs. 20,000 and only Wi-Fi Price will be Approx Rs. 15,000.
9. Window 8 Tablet

Samsung and HP will be the first makers of Window 8 tablet which will use the “Metro” interface on tablet that is presently used in Window Phone 7. These tablets will be thin and light with lots of supports, Apps &App store and it will run on ARM, Intel and AMD chips. The price of these tablets will be similar to Android tablets.
